Portland Trailblazers/The Rose Garden

As of November 2, 2013, OR-CAP was successful in getting captioned announcements at the Moda Center for Trailblazers games!  To do this we dodged the handheld bullet and worked through 3 management changes but in the end, as in the beginning, the Blazers were supportive and cooperative.  The captions are on the central scoreboard for all to see and use--as has been said, at athletic events everyone is hard of hearing and "normally" hearing folks use captions as well as those with a hearing impairment.
